Consultation first, concierge enrollment before ongoing care
The initial consultation is $350, separate from the $4,000 Annual Concierge Membership. You may complete your initial consultation before deciding whether to join. If you choose to continue with our ongoing care program, concierge enrollment is required before that program begins, including ongoing evaluation, treatment planning or surgery scheduling. Your 12-month membership starts when enrollment is accepted and payment is completed. Signing in advance does not activate membership. Renewal is optional; membership expiration does not cancel previously agreed postoperative care arrangements.
A personalized, white-glove level of physician communication beyond routine office access. Membership provides a designated direct telephone/text channel and enhanced communication with Dr. Elariny, including outside ordinary office hours, under the availability and response terms of your agreement.
